Why Choose BSD Advisory?
We understand that business owners are busy growing their business. Whether this is getting new customers or developing new products or services. They are busy doing it, doing it, doing it and lack experience and expertise to help them implement their ideas.
Our business consultants provide that safe pair of hands to help you implement your goals.

How Can a Business Management Consultant Benefit Your Business?
Some businesses reach a stage in their growth journey where they know they need a General Manager or CEO, but can’t justify the cost of a full time person or afford the risk of hiring the wrong person.
Our contract business management consultant means we can place an experienced GM or CEO into your organisation with little or no risk. Often, this might be on a part-time basis until workload dictates that more help is needed. Engaging an external business consultant offers fresh perspectives, specialised expertise, and an unbiased evaluation of your operations. Here’s how BSD Advisory can help your business:

How Does Engaging A Business Management Consultant Work?
We have provided part-time GM or CEO services for a number of businesses and this is proving extremely popular as it allows our clients to scale up gradually over time, removing the risk of employing a fulltime GM or CEO who doesn’t work out or is not fully occupied. They can simply scale our services up or down and from week to week depending on their needs.

What Does A Business Management Consultant Do?
The way we work with clients is simple. We begin with the end in mind.
Business owners have a dream. They know what they want to achieve in their business. They just don’t have the time or people-resources to bring that dream to reality.
At the start of our engagement, we work through a process with our clients to ascertain where their business is now. What’s working well and what’s not working well. From there, our contract GM or CEO will help you obtain clarity on the vision you have for your business – what do you want your business to look like in the future.
We then work with them to develop an action plan (which we call a One Page Plan) to help them bridge the gap and get from where the business is now, to where they want it to be. We call the process – now, where, how.
It’s not rocket science, but from our experience, very few businesses actually do it. And because our One Page Plan is focused on ‘who has to do what, by when’, things get done because it is focused on specific deliverables.
Our Business Management Consultant simply implements the agreed upon plan. It’s that easy.
There may also be other things that you need implemented and we’re happy to roll these into the role. We’re not rigid. We don’t have a “that’s not my job” attitude. If you need it done, we can do it or facilitate it via an external service provider if we don’t have the required skill set.
